We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Trial, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.

Upon expiration of the Free Trial, continued access to and use of these services requires the purchase of a paid subscription in accordance with our then-current pricing and terms.

5. Subscription & Billing

If you elect to continue using our services following the Free Trial, you agree to pay all applicable subscription fees in advance and any associated overage charges due upon receipt. Billing may be structured on a monthly, annual, or multi-year basis, as agreed at purchase. All fees are subject to change with prior notice and are non-refundable except where expressly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

7. Acceptable Use

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AskVoicely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, or damages arising from errors or omissions in AI-generated outputs.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of services shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the one (1) month preceding the subscription period giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, misuse, and legal compliance.

Upon termination, your right to use our service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a 60-day retention period.

11. Data & Privacy

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Any data processed through our services is limited to publicly available client website content and used solely for providing and improving service. For additional details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

If you provide a mobile phone number for portal account access or notifications, we may send you transactional SMS as described in our SMS Notifications notice. Message and data rates may apply.

12. Modifications
